Shela C. Turpin-Forster offers coaching services for job search and career development, retirement and life transition enrichment, and personal creativity enhancement.
Shela came to me in 2016 for help with an existing website that had several problems she could not resolve on her own. After resolving the issues, she asked me to continue on as her webmaster to provide ongoing site maintenance.
Issue: Convert website from HTTP to HTTPS.
Solution: Guidance with purchasing the required SSL certificate from web host. After the web host installed the certificate, I fixed mixed media URL errors in the WordPress database.
Issue: Flip cards not turning properly on mobile devices.
Solution: Fixed some broken code and added a red arrow with a link to help people on mobile devices click to turn the card.

Additional troubleshooting issues resolved:
- Repaired broken pages after web host moved website to a new server.
- Installed plugin upgrades to replaced outdated software.
- Adjusted fonts in contact form for better readability.
