Dee Cascio – Transition Strategies for Life and Work
Location: Sterling, Virginia
Dee Cascio offers both coaching and counseling services to help people create the life they desire amidst the challenges of work, life and the transition to retirement. She is also an author and speaker.

I designed and built Dee’s first website in 2006. That static HTML website underwent many changes over the years, with it’s last redesign shown in the “before” image above. In 2014, the site was converted to a WordPress mobile-responsive website with a more modern style. Dee had a blog hosted at WordPress.com, so I exported the blog posts and imported them into the new website so the blog and website would be in one location. In 2016, a new business name and logo required changes to the header, new content and updated page URLs for SEO purposes.
Site Features
- Featured-content boxes on the home page and a drop-down navigation menu make it easy for site visitors to find information about Dee’s two main services: coaching and counseling.
- Coachability quiz.
- Dee’s books are featured on the website with links to purchase them on Amazon.com.
- Constant Contact newsletter sign-up and on-site newsletter archives.
- A sidebar on every page makes contact info, newsletter signup form and other featured content easy to find.

“Thank you for supporting my business for all of these years. I truly appreciate your continued attention to detail on my website. It frees me up to do the things I’m much better at. You are the expert in that department and my business wouldn’t run as well as it does without your help.”
